2012-Who knew Id live so long!

Hello. 2012 amazed? I am. The year seems so strange to me. I remember being in 4th grade, I am 54 so it was quite a while ago, and my teacher gave us a math problem. It was to figure out how old we'd be in the year 2000.I remember my initial reaction was nobody could live till 2000!! I actually laughed.Remember I was almost 8 years old. So I did the math and was surprised that I'd be alive I'd just be very, very old! Well I can tell you even 12 years after 2000 I don't feel VERY old. Mentally I feel young.Part of the reason is that I listen to music I am not stuck in my generations music from the 1960's -1970's ,don't get me wrong I still listen to that. I also listen to the radio and enjoy all kinds of music. I feel like it helps keep me young. I like Adele, Beyonce, Pitbull and may other of today's artist.I don't feel old I like to think of myself as oldish. lol.
