Talk to me

Sitting and wondering how long it will be until people realize how little we communicate with each other anymore. We have all the fastest ways to "talk" now but we don't.We message in abbreviated terms. We never have any face to face time.I want to see in your eyes when you speak to me. When I ask how you feel I really want to know.

It is funny how the world wide web brings us closer, or makes the world feel smaller. I like to meet people from far away on line because i know I will never go to these places. I just feel like it keeps us further apart on a personal level . We somehow become awkward when we get face to face. I actually hate it when I hear someone say OMG during a conversation! We hardly look at each other.

Then there is the texting! People talking to other people during a conversation! They don't see it as rude they see it as multitasking! If it's one quick text I understand . There are plenty of times I just want to say can't you talk to them later? I am here in person with you now. Talk to me.
