How do you do it?

I feel like I ask "how do you do it? " more than most people. O.K. get your mind out of the gutter. I did not put "it" as a euphemism for sex. I just mean I ask it all the time to people when I see them doing things that perplex me.Things that other people find easy,like sending an e-mail or trying to figure out which team is winning so I can know if i should be yea-ing or booing. Not that I like sports but when the need arises I like to know which team is NY. I ask how do you do it to people who get up at 5a.m. and exercise before work Or at all for that matter.Gee, it took 3 spell checks to get exercise right!!! Lol .
